The peer-review process was timely and all my questions and concerns were attended through the publication process, from the submission to the actual publication of the paper. The paper was rigorously reviewed and suggestions helped to substantially improve its quality.
I wish to state that it was a good experience working through the whole process. Emails were communicated on regular intervals and I felt the journal management went the extra step to ensure that time delays were avoided, for example it was easier communicating changes through email rather than editing in the website and sending cover letters (as with other journals).
